Whitlock VIBE Roadshow will bring you interactive, video-rich environments, along with the people who developed them. We will feature big market makers like Microsoft, Crestron and Cisco, as well as start-ups developing apps, AI or automation for workforce collaboration.

A local RVA community section will also be thriving throughout the day with art and amenities from across the region.




This is an open house style event, so come for an hour or stay all day. In addition to the show floor, we have these learning sessions with industry leaders:
10:15am: Interactive Panel on the Future of Work
Sit in on an interactive discussion with experts from Microsoft, Crestron, Polycom and Herman Miller to discuss innovations in the #futureofwork. (Room B15a)
11:15am: A Review of the Living Office & Modern Workplace Trends with Herman Miller
Gain insight into new office space designs, standards and technologies for impactful and intelligent environments. (Room B15b)
1:30pm: Amazing Content for Cool Experience Environments
Hang out with Leviathan CEO Chad Hutson to discuss how to make powerful content for video walls, lobbies, workspaces and experience centers. (Room B15a)
1:30pm: The Latest Innovations in Higher Ed
Engage in an interactive discussion about the future of collaboration technology from education into the modern workplace with Julian Phillips, Whitlock EVP and Chairman of AVIXA. (Room B15b)
