Customer Presentation Room

The Martin Agency, an award winning advertising agency, had a need for six customer presentation rooms. They specified that the rooms needed to be identical, with similar controls for audio, video and lighting. Our engineering team worked closely with The Martin Agency to address customer presentation, training and internal group presentation issues. Our equipment recommendation helped them create a full audio, video and data communications network throughout their new facility. The Whitlock Group was responsible for all phases of the project, including: consulting, design, engineering, facilities planning, project management, installation, training and quality assurance. The customer utilized equipment from a variety of manufacturers: Barco, Crestron Remote Control Systems, Sony, Panasonic, Stewart Filmscreen and Extron Electronics.

The Martin Agency, recently voted AdWeek's Southeast Agency of the Year, is the advertising agency of record for companies with a nationwide presence: Wrangler, Saab, Century 21, Crestar Bank and Colonial Williamsburg. When The Martin Agency relocated to a newly built facility in 1997, they needed a presentation system with impact for the he first floor of a three story atrium structure. Our engineering team worked closely with The Martin Agency to address this need. Our equipment recommendation helped them create a stunning 3' x 3' video wall and the backend system to run it. It projects a 150" diagonal image. The Whitlock Group was responsible for all phases of the project, including: consulting, design, engineering, facilities planning, project management, installation, training and quality assurance. The customer utilized equipment from Electrosonic, Crown Audio, JBL and SONY.
