The Whitlock Group was chosen to design and install a state-of-the-art boardroom meeting facility at the Bank's corporate headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. By combining multimedia technologies, The Whitlock Group delivered a seamless and integrated presentation meeting facility suited for client briefings, staff meetings, and other group functions. A Proxima 9310 LCD projector was mounted in a concealed closet directly behind boardroom and is used as a rear-projection unit to display images onto the 8' x 10' screen that's mounted in the center of the boardroom. Also included in the room are Gentner Audio Perfect audio conferencing systems, Crown audio amps, Telex microphones, Triad in-wall speakers, Extron interface equipment, a Sony DVD player, and an AMX touch screen system to control the multimedia equipment and environment. The completed presentation room is equipped to comfortably seat twenty-five people, each of whom has the ability to participate in all conferencing aspects of the system.
The Whitlock Group completed the design, programming, integration, and installation services for this project.
