Challenge:
Williams Mullen is a well-known, well-respected law firm comprised of 300 attorneys in various locations across the U.S. The firm provides comprehensive legal services to regional, national and international clients, including multinational Fortune 500 companies, private family-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations and government entities. Williams Mullen wanted to upgrade its collaboration capabilities to work more efficiently and better serve clients. They contacted Whitlock to help with audiovisual technology implementation to support their strategic goals.
Solution:
Whitlock integrated several Executive Briefing, Multipurpose and Videoconferencing Suites for Williams Mullen, for offices in Washington, DC, Virginia, Michigan and London. In addition to the primary offices, the Whitlock team designed and delivered more than 12 videoconferencing systems for remote locations, improving collaboration across the entire Williams Mullen workforce. Whitlock handled all procurement, engineering, programming and integration of these systems.
